Improvements to Nutrition Plan & Workouts

Hey everyone!

We released a platform update this morning and there are some great new features and improvements!

To start, we’ve updated the way our workouts are organized. Now, you can find workouts based on equipment needed, time, intensity, and type. We’ve also made it easier to find your favorite workouts with quick access to your most recent and favorite workouts.

We’ve also made some improvements to the nutrition plan. You can now track your water intake and view your daily calorie and macronutrient goals. We’ve also added a new feature that allows you to see how your daily intake compares to your recommended intake.

We’ve made some improvements to the way you can interact with your Coach. You can now send and receive messages directly from your Coach and see your upcoming coaching sessions.
